The Day & Results.

It was a heck of a tiring day. But the results were good. It was all we need to cry. As soon as the results we announced, most of the members cried and got me wondering why. But i can't believe the fact that we won SILVER. We practiced for only two months and this was the result. Before the competition, the senoirs stressed that it was important in every aspect in terms of straight lines, chin-up and blah blah blah. But it was quite simple for us to easily win SILVER. The Drum Major and Assistant Drum Major thought that we could not make it to SILVER but we totally proved them wrong.

As a matter of fact, this was loads of tears and sweat and hardwork. The most important aspect is teamwork. Without teamwork, there would be no SILVER. It was a moment of silence before our results we announced. We were so happy we couldn't wait to scream and cry. I love it. I didn't cry anyway. I still love the experience.

If you guys want to know how we won SILVER, go Youtube and search SYF 2008. There will also be other school's performance. But try to look out for OPSS. It rocks. The thing is that our music was better than other marching bands. The other bands are noisy but our was nicely arranged and beatifully played despite marching quickly.

So, its stopping here for now. Updates on the way. TaTa.~~~~SILVER~~~~

Alhamdulillah, i am grateful for everything.

Wow. Five years since my last post. Well, a whole lot has changed in five years. I never knew what dreams are made of and i never knew what it was like to achieve your dreams. Through hard work and pure grit and determination, you can achieve your dream. There will be times where you think your goal is just out of reach or it will take you a longer time than originally hoped for but trust yourself to make small leaps of faith and many unimaginable things can be achieved. As a Muslim, i believe Allah is the best of planners and alhamdulillah, He is the best of planners. There were times i doubted myself about my life and what i wanted to do because the journey to achieve my dreams is taking longer than i had imagined. Five years ago i was still in the National Service serving in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a Third Sergeant taking NSmen for Individual Physical Proficiency Test (IPPT) and conducting Remedial Training (RT) as well as IPPT Preparatory Training (IPT). In 2014, i had ...

The Last Few Things.

You know, life has always never been perfect. There are obstacles you need to overcome. Always. But you know, my life is a less of obstacle. It's more of a game. It's playing me. Whatever it is, i shall try to live with it. You see, God made us fairly. Very fair. In our ways, we are special. Sadly, some people just think that they are perfect. Better than us. I hope they know that God is great. No one is greater than God. These people likes to think that we are wrong in our own thoughts. And they think that their own thoughts are right. And always right. But i always stick to the quote that whatever we think, we are probably right. Still, they just can't accept it. That sentence is too true. This is a free world. We can think whatever we want. But no. These people think that they are right while we are wrong. I hate that attitude. I've tried to tolerate but it's gone overboard. Today was especially a sad day. Dedicated to my ex, telling her that this world is big an...

My thought was wrong.

Hello readers! Today, we add another chapter to this amazing book. Ok. Let's start off with what i did today. As a matter of fact, it was a pretty fun day today. As usual, i went to prayers at 1. And since the IT Show was already happening, i thought i visit it. So, i asked my Dad to bring to the IT Show and he said OK. Then we rode his old Vespa there. Just as i expected, the IT Show hall is filled, or should i say overcrowded with people. So we walked among the impatient people who always keep pushing others so they could get in front first and saw this Canon printer. It was on sale for only $89. Without hesitation, my Dad just grab that thing and go to the cashier. The printer was on promotion and it came with a Laser Mouse and a black ink catrigde for free. Finally, we rode home with the bulky printer stuffed into the box of the bike. Enought abt today. Abt tomorrow. Tomorrow is already Band camp. But sadly, it was only a day camp. During my brother's time it was an overnig...
